The Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector continues to experience significant challenges in recruiting and retaining qualified educators and professionals. To support sector leaders and operators in navigating these realities, this Professional Learning Symposium will provide the knowledge, tools, and expert guidance needed to better understand immigration pathways, workforce trends, and the evolving labour landscape. Afternoon Panel: Real‑World Insights From the Field The afternoon will feature a dynamic panel of operators and employees who have firsthand experience navigating immigration processes and workforce challenges within the ECE sector.
