Dear March Break Camp families, Thank you for registering for Art Adventures March Break Camp, located at Hitherfield School, 2439 Ten Side Rd RR1, Milton. Drop off and Pick Up: At drop-off, come to the front doors of the atrium with your child(ren) where you will sign in with one of our camp assistants. THERE is NO supervision prior to 8am or after 5pm. Please make sure you are not bringing your child very early and pick your child up no later than 5pm as we would like to respect our Camp Assistants' time. At pick up, make sure you or the person picking up have identification that corresponds with the contact information listed in the registration. Please check to make sure all phone numbers and secondary/emergency contact information is correct. The parking lot in front of the building has a One Way road way, follow the signs for your safety and the safety of others. What to bring: - A peanut and nut free lunch and 2 snacks - If there is an anaphylaxis allergy, please bring EpiPen or any required medication (there will be forms to fill out upon arrival for these items) - Labeled and refillable water bottle - Extra change of clothing (they might get messy!) - Weather appropriate clothing as they will be outside - Indoor shoes Other information: - Keep all tech devices including phones, tablets and video games at home - If a child does bring one, they are required to keep it in their backpack and are not allowed to use it during program Please let me know if you have any questions and we look forward to having an art adventure with your child(ren).
