I understand that written notice is required to withdraw or cancel any registered camp week. Verbal requests are not accepted.
I understand that refund requests must be submitted in writing by June 1 for July camp weeks and by July 1 for August camp weeks. Requests received after these deadlines are not eligible for refunds. No exceptions.
I understand that any eligible refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used.
